Appointment
Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and wellbeing, a consultation card must be completed on your first visit so please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this.

Due to the number of no shows and late cancellations a 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, clients must provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order to receive a refund. Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time without losing the deposit. In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a cancellation request.

Refunds and Exchanges
To cancel a service, clients must provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time in order to receive a refund. Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds should be processed within 14 days of receiving a cancellation request.
Health
Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant or have any other health concern so that we are able to adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries
Our Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
